Alarm Panel Compatibility

Any alarm panel that supports the Contact ID protocol, or any other DTMF protocol (including Pager Format) is compatible with our software based Virtual Receiver (listed in green).

Most other alarm panels are compatible with our Linksys Solution in audio mode as long as the format/protocol is supported by the alarm receiver at the Monitoring Center (listed in maroon).

Some panels use a proprietary protocol as a way to lock Customers to a particular Central Station. Only these companies have compatible alarm receivers necessary to receive signals (listed in red). We currently list these panels as "incompatible", but are working on ways to overcome this restriction. Please check with us to find out how we are progressing.

If your alarm panel is not listed above, please check to find out which alarm protocols it supports and contact us to find out if it is compatible with our solutions and Monitoring Centers. A basic rule of thumb is if your alarm panel is not monitored by ADT, Brinks or Broadview - then it should be compatible.
