Vista 21ip

The Honeywell Ademco Vista 21ip will be one of the most popular alarm panels of the next few years. It has on board Internet and an add-on GSM/GPRS feature.

Although the built-in IP dialer in the panel is restricted to communicating over IP to the Alarmnet-i service, it can easily be connected to the Virtual Monitoring Platform via one of our Linksys adapters.

Rather than using the built-in IP communicator, you use the built-in landline dialer that would normally send a signal over a phone line. Connect an RJ11 phone cable to a custom provisioned Linksys device and signals can be sent over your broadband Internet connection to any Alarm Monitoring Center that supports the Linksys IP Alarm Monitoring Solution.
